We are asking for Designs to be submitted for the Decanter race t-shirts. All designs will be presented at the September meeting and we will vote.

Meeting Minutes for August 7th, 2010

Meeting called to order.

Discussion on Raft up September 3rd.   Friday night - raft up to start at Buzzard Island in front of Gibson's. Saturday - lazy sail or motor down to Welaka City Dock. The September meeting will be held Saturday the 4th at Shrimp R US & More in Welaka at 6pm. Contact Don Bayshore for more information - 904-553-4547.

Kim Harris went over Decanter information for October 23, 2010.

The Lighted Boat Parade will be held December 4th.
The Welaka Lighted boat parade December 11th.

The Annual Rat Island Yacht Club Oyster roast will be held January 1st, 2011 at Tom and Connie Kight's house. Discussion as to haveing a live band or karoake.

Thanks to the Kiwanis for the use of the Grill at the July 4th party and to Boathouse Marina for hosting it.

*The May and December meetings are the second Saturday of the month due to Mug Race and Lighted Boat Parade. The July meeting is during the 4th of July party.
